C.M.D.S is not a licensed building practitioner (LBP). Therefore any work that requires regulatory approval is the responsibility of the client requesting and issuing the drawings.

All drawings must be checked and approved by the client before issuing to a third party

The client must ensure a company nominated supervisor is present for the initial establishment of any site surveys on third party premises. The supervisor does not need to be present for the entire survey.

For third party site surveys, building managers must be notified in advance by the client.

C.M.D.S will only engage in a site survey if the environment is deemed to be safe.
